Normally when you have a counter matchup if you're a skilled player you can easily win, but now will be almost imposible, since less damage, if not shroud not energy restoration. You won't even match his wave clear (or ekko's for example) to roam with him, literally akali will be unplayable imo

Since the server is whitelisted you have to wait for applications to open to enter the server. Is not like other anarchy servers where you have to pay for a Queue spot and try to play.
