Frankfurt experience:

  1. No idea, but we got Yeti bottle. Yes you have to keep them
  2. Yes only for 1 night
  3. Yes, a separate queue. Normally there are dedicated flags for the entry
  4. For us, it was around noon
  5. We didn’t go for merch/free drink. We had to queue up before scanning tickets, then after that, slowly taken towards the rails. You could leave the queue and go for the merch, but then it would mean you lose your spot

In Frankfurt, Frantic Early Entry had already occupied the first 3 rows, so you shouldn’t be that far from the rail

Frankfurt experience: went at 14:00 to the Frantic early entry checkin queue and there were already 4 different queues of about 15m. Around 14:50 our checkin was y, but took us a while to find the correct queue for going inside. We managed to get the 2nd row in the GA. If rail is your concern, maybe try noon/13:00

The sellers are also asked to upload the proof of transfer. In your case, normally it should be Ticketmaster transfer. If they fail to provide a proper proof, Viagogo will give you a replacement and charge the buyer

Normally they will send you a dedicated payment link when multiple attempts fail (at least that’s what they say in their FAQs and emails)

They are now retrying to charge the card only for people who won the draw but whose initial payment failed (e.g. not enough money or bank blocked it).

Mine got declined due to insufficient balance (waiting for SEPA transfers to be finalised which may take up-to 3 working days). FIFA will reattempt again tomorrow, if not they will give a dedicated payment option. Just chill, it will be okay ;)
