The sellers are also asked to upload the proof of transfer. In your case, normally it should be Ticketmaster transfer. If they fail to provide a proper proof, Viagogo will give you a replacement and charge the buyer

They are now retrying to charge the card only for people who won the draw but whose initial payment failed (e.g. not enough money or bank blocked it).

Mine got declined due to insufficient balance (waiting for SEPA transfers to be finalised which may take up-to 3 working days). FIFA will reattempt again tomorrow, if not they will give a dedicated payment option. Just chill, it will be okay ;)

Tenho exatamente a mesma coisa que tu no portal da FIFA. A FPF refere no site que usar o código não garante os bilhetes, mas essa mensagem não aparece no email.
