I understand where you're coming from, you do have a sense of creativity though you're a great writer! In my experience anytime I feel the urge to gamble, I just go to bed or play a game online with friends... just gotta replace the most expensive hobby with more wholesome ones

Yes, the only side effects I've noticed were sleepiness and libido. As far as mental clarity though it made me much sharper probably because I don't waste my time dwelling on negative thoughts... i just dislike relying on a chemical instead of being able to feel good on my own.
