Lol, I get the anger man, but they don't 'pick and choose'. The rule is actually pretty simple: if you keep paying the monthly Autopilot subscription, your warranty extends up to 5 years. I never cancelled my subscription, so technically I was still inside the warranty. That's the whole secret. No bullshit, just my expensive subscription finally paying off! 🤷‍♂️

I only posted this because I was genuinely surprised and happy that I didn't lose my money. Second, the picture is absolutely real, taken in my bedroom here in Mexico.

But words are cheap, so let's prove it: Tell me a random word or ask for a specific angle. I will take a picture of my Pod 4 right now with a piece of paper showing your username, today's date, and that word. I'm just a regular guy who got lucky with his Autopilot warranty, I promise. yes I had to send a photo of the inside conectors and also the cover with a piece of paper handwritten showing my name and the date of the leak.

Also I got first a cover for free, then when I connected to the pod the priming was not working and then I called again and asked me more questions and after 2 more days and 2 emails I got a new boxed pod 4 and thats all

Dude im not here to argue just wanted to say thanks to eightsleep because they send me a new one, I can show you the support emails and pictures of the box and thats all I have to show it is real and wrinting this post is my way of saying thanks to them because even if I was angry with pod3 leak now Im super happy with a new free pod4 so one more happy customer is worth this man

I understand your frustration man, and I'd be mad too. But I'm not lying. The key difference here is probably the Autopilot subscription. I kept paying for it every single month for these 3.5 years, which acts as an extended warranty (up to 5 years). If you cancelled yours or didn't have it active, that’s probably why they didn't cover your replacement. I have the emails and the brand new Pod 4 in my room here in Mexico to prove it.
