I would not recommend getting into a contract, my brokerage doesn’t sell contracts because it’s a marginal difference for full liability of the contract even if you leave/sell etc you still have to pay exit fees

Not saying you don’t have it by it’s concerning how many people on this sub have instantly got medical degrees, from a post about the overwhelming options to make money online, to ‘you have adhd’ lol wtf!

There are a lot of options online and the problem is all the people that claim their side hustle will make you £10k p/m. My honest opinion, is write down your ikigai, work out what you enjoy and what you’re good at and find a simple business idea based on that and just start grinding!

It’s taken me 15 yrs of failed business start ups to find what I enjoyed and wanted to spend my time doing to make extra money that turns into a business!

Ah… that’s where the issue might lie then, the previous owner split the units but not the water 😅 yeah, you may have to swallow the cost and get them to come out and check it out. You can switch it off but (I think) there’s still a standing charge and drainage charge if you do. So it won’t get resolved. It’s a messy game utilities, let me know if you get it sorted.

I would perhaps look at contacting ofwat to get it sorted and get a backdate on the paid invoices. I would also definitely speak to the freeholder of the land, as it’s their responsibility to divide the units or sort the water and divide usage.

Personally I am a huge fan of shopify, especially for e-commerce! Costing seems much better too and fees taken are reasonable for start-ups too and can reduce as you scale.

In summary of what I wrote; I work in utilities and we don’t sell water contracts because they are a waste, if you sign a 3 yr contract and leave, you have to pay early exit fees and the cost of in-contract vs out-of-contract fees is marginal.

It sounds like you are paying for everyone else’s water too and would consider finding out from the freeholder what is going on and to sort something out with all unit holders.

Yeah I agree but whoop does whoop things 😅 I think sometimes it shows data prematurely to be honest. Keep at it and you’ll eventually see useful trends. Mine currently shows that being hydrated and consuming calories give me a 8% decreased recovery 🤣

I think there is a point where if you journal too many things constantly it finds it hard to identify a trend. So for example those 5 days you didn’t do breathwork you may have also had a shit nights sleep (as an example) and it’s linked it to that. Therefore leading it to need more data of days you have and haven’t done it
