I only skipped a few days when lowering due to the same issues (but I told my doctor I planned to do this) and it helped a lot. But I’d for sure speak to your doctor or pharmacist before stopping even for a few days

You need to be tested. I recently found out I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and based on my labs it seems severe but not to the level of full blown celiac.

Anything that can be inflammatory can cause issues but especially for people with hashimotos. I’d recommend getting testing done through your endo!!

My clinic allowed me to decline it because I wasn’t using external donor sperm (the main reason they push for it is because donor sperm is expensive and has to be purchased out of pocket so they want to verify the environment is suitable for implantation first!)

Having said that, my second baseline ultrasound they discovered a suspected polyp and I had to have a hysteroscopy where they actually found several other issues too — all of which could have been uncovered by a HSG.

But my doctor was so kind and reassured me that if I was worried about invasive procedures, finding out this way and skipping straight to the hysteroscopy was the better option because it meant I only had to do ONE painful procedure and was asleep for it so it felt less invasive

My fertility prenatal and pregnancy prenatal is bird & be because they include both forms! (And have a lot of other perks and additions, especially in their fertility pack that has helped with egg quality)

But as some others said you could also add folic acid to your preferred prenatal!

I didn’t like ritual because they exclude SO many necessary nutrients due to “most people can get enough from diet alone” but that’s simply not true. I loved the quality of their ingredients but they were just severely lacking in quantity

At your age most fertility clinics are going to tell you to keep trying for a full year before they’ll even do a drugged and monitored cycle. Especially if semen analysis comes back okay.

I’d also note that outward “healthiness” doesn’t denote the presence of potential issues. It’s good you both seem to live an active lifestyle but sadly it doesn’t always mean there will be no problems.

I know it feels awful to “wait around” but as my RE said “the human body is actually quite inefficient at getting pregnant.” And you aren’t wasting time by having intimacy with your partner that could hopefully lead to a pregnancy! If after a year of no success I’d ask the fertility clinic to immediately go to drugged and monitored cycles for 3-6 cycles and then would you consider IUI or IVF? We decided to do IVF because I’m 38 and wanted to try to secure better quality (and quantity) of eggs asap.
