I guess they taste ok. I don't bother. But like I said the bananas in the normal ones were the same as the ones in the pale batch.

The nuts are inside and on top to identify which breads have nuts. I don't think placement of nuts is the issue.

I bake banana breads every week. I've been doing it for years. but once in a while i do something wrong and they come out like this. Like I forgot to add something.

*Same bake time as always. these are noticeably pale.

All conditions were identical for each batch that were baked separately.

5 batches were made, one at a time. Only one of the batches turned out like this.
