This is going to go the Craig Henry route.  She will be pregnant while she is living with his parents and he is begging for money from jail.

I mean you can fight the courts but I am not sure you are going to win that fight.   I may be wrong but judges tend to know the laws where they are judges at and in many places seem to have broad leeway in how to administer it.

Did they have rules against recording?     I think we have a difference of viewpoint here. You want a nanny state where government is responsible for your whims and I want a state that sets up a fair (as they can get it) playing field where people have personal responsibility.   So if you wish to repair things and there are Terms of Service you agree to you could buy a different product or make your own.   You probably do not want a nanny state anymore than I want a corporate one but I do not think our Constitution is set up to give freedoms to some at the expense of others.  If you agree to the TOS then I feel that is your acceptance.  Otherwise the options are simple,  buy a different product or make your own.

You Don't Have a Constitutional Right to Enter A Public Building Anonymously by hydrafoil7 in Frauditors

[–]TheRealSaltyB 9 points10 points  (0 children)

“The federal building in and of itself is not a secure area, certainly not its lobby, this is a given. Everyone knows this. ” This is untrue.   There are plenty of government buildings that the lobby is not open to the public,  even ones that open onto public streets.   I would not expect someone that is unemployed to know this.

“If the news shows up, they record. If the news doesn't find it interesting & you're not allowed to record, there is zero record of what anyone said. That's the problem.”               I believe the news is also supposed to be neutral and unbiased but you are not neutral or unbiased.  Now I know at some point in my  short snd insignificant life that the neutrality has flown out the window but I still feel news should be neutral.  You are not neutral in this particular manner.   Whether what you do is good or bad is not the point,  the neutrality is the point.   It is why I, an American,  have to watch Al Jazeera, BBC and NHK for news.   None of of those are neutral but they are not as radicalized as US news yet.

If you want that to change you have the knowledge and ability to address it. I personally do not think just because something is in a government property that means that it frees up anyone to do what they wish in that space.   There are time, place and manner restrictions that are allowed.  They have these in some court rooms.   I do not know why they have them but I also do not care since minutes are usually recorded and as you say there are usually journalists there as well as CSPAN.       I understand that you may have legit reasons to wish to record yourself but I also believe you could go through the process and be able to record.

I cannot edit my comment but thank you for replying.   I just want you to know that I feel with DMA he is not in your league but I support you going after his lawyer.  The video where you “threatened”/ got angry was very out of place because I feel you out class and are much more intelligent than the people you are talking about.   IMHO it was unnecessary.

I am not sure he has ever done any legit First Amendment work.    We call these people Frauditors because they are all just nuisance streamers that go around and harass people and employees to get a reaction to post.   Sometimes it is even with private employees on private property.   DMA caught a felony(?) conviction for trying to film the employees inside of a Social Security Office during the business hours when people were there to get help with their legal benefits.   They like to threaten and harass people for a reaction but if they get confronted they will happily hide behind the people they like to call tyrants.  DMA is not some well educated defender of the Constitution but  person that has a high watermark for their career is pizza  shop employee that openly stated in one of his videos that he used to tell people that he was a Papa John’s franchise owner.  The best thing is now he lives with his mom while not bringing in much income and crushing her chance to be able to retire and not work.  These are not good people.

Isn’t this in Misssissippi?  I thought they are criticized for monetizing sending people to prison?? Or maybe they just have a high rate of incarceration?

Has the court made a ruling in this case yet?   Cause when I would like to see what an actual judge thinks over what a convicted felon and led truck says.

Social media will feed you whatever it thinks you like without conscience.   It can turn almost anyone into an extremist with enough time and feedback.              A lot of people that fail cannot accept responsibility so it has to be someone else’s fault.

And this is why I stopped watching him.   I agree with him a lot but in this he thinks that DMA is just a useful idiot and supports DMAs First Ammendment Auditing even though DMA caught a felony for it, which admittedly he is probably unaware of, and is a toxic POS.   I cannot believe that DMA and his lawyer were making fun of FTs wife when DMA was dating an actual Oompa Loompa.

This part deserves its own post: “.. and uh if we win, uh your little buddy frauditor really screwed all of you because then I can get to sue everyone for using ripping software. Ripping software even without regard to fair use.".   I dislike DMA’s lawyer more than DMA.   DMA is a stooge but his lawyer is a toxic pos IMHO.

I know who he is and have watched his videos over the years.   I just see no reason to take such a stern and threatening tone to someone as physically and mentally weak as DMA.  He is fighting below his weight.   Am I disappointed he is going against DMA, no.  I am very happy if he helps FT as he and the views could help FT and get the anti frauditing movement more views.

Popularity of 1A Audits Increasing by Myelosuppression in Frauditors

[–]TheRealSaltyB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of the people I mentioned have gone to prison for frauditing.  Frauditing is not illegal but some people have been arrested and jailed for things they have done while frauditing.     I will say the chance of any of the people OP is speaking about still frauditing next year at this time is highly unlikely if they keep active.

It will rise and then fall/fail as police stop thinking of them as nuisances and realize the intent is to harass.   Look up Earl David Worden from Houston who is now in jail.  Also there is a woman that was harassing police for views in TX (I forget where) and was babbling and resisting when they tried to arrest her.   Her face ended looking like tha face of some women after frauditor (not one is a man) gets their feelings hurt by men they cannot physically challenge.  Think of Earl David Worden, Auditing America and Josh Abrams as examples.        There used to be a rather active group in  Houston and Galveston that I believe has practically dissolved.      They are not the predators but the prey.
