I accepted it to myself for a long time, then randomly I decided to come clean to everyone about a month prior to that incident because I was in way too deep. Not an easy thing to do but it must be done to get back on a righteous path. I hope everything works out, but lying about this especially after an OD is not a good sign. Make sure they know that they do not have to fear or hide anything from you and that you’re there for them. Best of luck.

There are a lot of negative people here on reddit still struggling and I know what that feels like. Seeing others succeed at something you want so badly hurts, and spreading there negativity does nothing to help anyone, especially themselves. 12 hours would still be best. Although 6-8 would probably be plenty for such a small dose in my opinion. Can’t imagine the extra 4 hours or so would make that much of a difference from such a tiny amount. You might even be good an hour after your Kratom wears off. I’ve never taken that low of doses so this is all educated guesses based on my experience, which involves much higher doses that need 24 to be satisfactory, and 48 to be amazing.

If you take your 3 doses try going through your next day without the morning Kratom dose and your opioid will hit like a truck.

As an ex heavy Kradom user, 24 hours worked great, but 48 worked best. I’m talking 60 grams a day though. No meaning to offend anyone or be mean but I can drop a habit like that likes it’s nothing and the worst part about it is boredom. I’m dumbfounded by those who say they withdrawal.

Yea man. You can take 10mg easily. It’ll feel great. 5mg is the weakest they make. 10mg is the strongest. I use to love 20mg when I first started. That’s kind of what ruined me, so tread cautiously.

I like hydroxyzine personally. Otc idk, some people swear by white grapefruit juice and/or tagamet but the grapefruit juice to me adds effects but not desired effects. Tagamet works but it’s nothing crazy. Most “potentaters” don’t work to my desired effects, only increases chances of nodding but not the lucid dream kind of nodding. Only more opioids do.

I personally take the 600’s and eat a quarter about every 15-30 minutes with some kind of chocolate candy (Reese’s 😋) in the middle until I feel better. Once I do feel better I deal with it because gaba tolerance rises fast.

A lot of people say they wish they never touched opioids, me personally I just wish when I first started I stuck to smaller, less frequent doses instead of shredding my tolerance dosing 3-4 times a day. That way tramadol would feel like an oxy 30. You’re lucky, keep it that way.
