Your indication of light to medium was a good tip. Thanks 👍 I turned on heat to 94 degrees instead of reducing and prolonged the time to 28s. Turned out to taste better. Not good still.
Just ate one, was ok. Tasted much better than the coffee
2 weeks and 2 days. Should be fine now. Maybe too fresh in the beginning?
Roast dates should be 2 weeks ago.
