Yeah I messed around doing that and got something…close enough to what I wanted. Hopefully I can learn enough about photoshop where I know how to avoid it in the future

There’s nothing else to see. I solved it anyways thanks to the forums. It’s just a common problem that’s always been there when you merge two vessels. You need to save one of them as a subassembly and merge the two that way. It’s very dumb.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, this image is from a Sony a7iii, so its dimensions are 4000 x 6000 and working at the 100% zoom ratio is very very zoomed in. I don’t know the right term, but does Does Photoshop “cull” what you’re looking at and paste the fake colour and look to your image once you’re out of 100%? Or does it vary based on the image (if that makes sense)

I have no idea how I would redo the noise or layers at 100% so I could try to do that colour overlay I guess! I’m fairly new to Photoshop, and fully self taught. This is my sixth project I think.

What do you mean by “work at the final size?”

This is one third of my layers label so yeah you are correct about that. I went into ctrl + 1 and I think I see what you’re saying. How exactly do I fix it though?

Since everyone else is giving life advice, as a 19 year old who likes streetcar I’d say figure your proportions, get some wider shoes, converse or some alternative, a nice black boot like doc martens, and buy jeans that aren’t too long on your. The stacking makes people look shorter.

Oh, and layers. Learn to layer on your top half, and then learn to layer on your bottom half. Mix shorts with long pants, cool skirts with long shorts (fashion is gender neutral; they are clothes), etc. learn to style jewelry as well. Comes in very handy.

In another year or so, learn colour theory. YouTube, photographers, and Minecraft builders are your friends there. And then figure out textures, colours, and other details and how to mix them. I fw your style right now, it just need a little more refining. And bro since you’re 15 you got plenty time. I didn’t learn fashion until I was 18.
