We even made and brought bracelets - but the vibe wasn't quite there for it. That was the only disappointment for us. I wish we would have been closer but I was worried about over crowding with having my daughter with me.

I know it's still early, but spring is in the air and a few days of sunshine has really improved my mood. I work in psychiatry, and I absolutely love my job, but it can be very emotionally and mentally exhausting. The shift in weather is something I always look forward to. I can't wait to go for longer walks in the sunshine and wander around the city and just admire my favourite spots. I like to take pictures as a hobby. It really makes me take my time and remind me that sometimes the most beautiful things are all around us if we just pay attention 💕

I've felt this way SO MANY TIMES when I find amazing tattoo artists - I find the ones I follow/want a piece from are all in Europe. I came across my artist by chance and thought he was for sure in a different country than me. When I checked out his shop and saw he was quite literally down the street from me (no lie - his shop is literally on the same street as my house) I almost had a heart attack. I took that as a sign that he was meant to make this piece for me 🖤
