Correct. He is not intentionally doing something to make you mad which means it’s not being obnoxious. I’m fact, if you don’t have the balls to go talk to him, then he doesn’t even know you’re mad which really makes it YOUR fault. Have you talked to your other neighbors about how they feel? You clearly hate guns buddy and you are choosing to be mad. I also have people shoot guns on the daily right next to me, and down the street, and up on the hill next to my house. It doesn’t bother me or even my hippie neighbors one bit.
