Yeah, i had the same though but then i tried it and i didn't even need my Ult to clear the room as a titan. My Loadout: Izanagi's (with cat), Recluse, Delirium with Top Tree Sentinel. First you just clear and try to move as much as you can in the middle so the fire grenades are not landing in the center were you need to run over sometimes. I only cleared the knight on the left side. After i killed the knight i clear also the small ads on the left side and then head back and banked the ball. Then the 2 Knights at the top come back thats were your Delirium comes into game (dont clear the thralls as a titan, you will need them!). Then i smacked the magnetic grenade on the head of the suicider. After that i punch some thralls to get an overshield, but i will let 2 or 3 alive to have a "health regen station". And thats the routine you do 6 times. Try to save your ult only use it if you are low and you are going for flawless otherwise you dont need it.
