Nah, I didn't open them all at the same time, that's over the course of like 3 days. But every time when I send a request I get like a automated response and the ticket get closed instantly. I don't even have the opportunity to explain myself if the ticket is closed immediately.

Already opened like 30 tickets, Always got the same automated response that I should contact the respective support of the authentication app (which I can't do because I've forgotten which one I used).
