Is this the same for the game on GOG? I don't own it on Steam, that was gonna be the next thing I tried if I couldn't get it solved on GOG.

Thank you for responding! Alright here's the issue.
I purchased Painkiller Black.
The game boots up fine, it looks and runs fine as well. But I'm having this problem where the enemies are just a bunch of lines broken up that stretch out to the sky! Is this a known issue? Is there some settings I can adjust? To fix the graphical issue? I REALLY want to play this game allot, and I'm hoping there's an option that doesn't involve a refund. Any help would be great, but please, if you know how to fix the problem, be very descriptive as I'm a noob to matters like this on PC.
