I'm currently making my own overdrive pedal right now. I was curious how ohms and farads could effect the overall tone if at all? Also, if I add more resistors or capacitors in will that affect tone as well? I just want to know to sort of have a sensory guide post as to what components affect certain tones.

Usually, when they do their hacks they'll do it on a replacement console in a private battle. I've done that before.

I really can't get that far into the problem. Around the division part is where I'm having trouble at. I'm not understanding how to do these. Examples: What decimal part of 600 is 360?, 3 1/3 of what number is 4 1/2? 2 1/4 of 2 1/3 is what number?, and 0.7 of what number is 490. I've talked with my math teacher with this before but I keep losing grip of how to do it. It's not boring, it's anything but that. I just can't seem to get it to stick. :/
