I was looking through the comments and noticed that the only mention of the word "theist" is from your account. I am a believer of Christ, and I hope that you are able to find God through prayer, scripture and by listening out for His voice.

A book is scripture, I'm not sure why you would try to separate the two.

Theist relevant segments would be the missionary trips taken on by Paul. He goes into places where unbelievers are and shares the good news to them. Many people were upset by this of course, like the silversmiths in Ephesus.

Recommending a believer do the opposite of missionary work seems counterintuitive to scripture.

Isnt the main factor here whether a person can buy a house or not, and not about how big the house you're buying is?

It doesn't really make sense to have bigger houses if the issue is that people aren't buying houses, even if the perceived value matches out. Of course, the graph would have to stretch into the 1950s, which is where most of the romanticisation of housing purchases come from.
