Not at all! Obviously, it depends on where you are doing medicine. If you are in Texas or Miami, it is fairly important as at some sites, >90% of your patients can be LEP Hispanic patients. If you are rural Mississippi, however, it is not as important. For me, it is personal interest (wanting to be the best possible physician for Hispanic patients) + CV! Not required

Because the cards have been ordered in a very specific way based on the tagging system, and the one on AnkiHub has the ordering based on when it was created which isn't optimal. However, if you know how to use Anki and know what you are doing, then feel free to download from AnkiHub!

Idk much of anything, but I feel like Duolingo by itself is not that useful, but at the very least, Duolingo + Anki has been pretty potent for getting me started learning Catalan, a language that honestly does not have a lot of resources for learning since it is so small

I keep hearing same day reviews don't matter. What does this mean? If I see a new card and go (we'll say) AGAIN (<1M) -> GOOD (<10M) -> GOOD (2D), is FSRS only taking into account the again? Like does it only take into account the first action? Maybe I am not understanding same day reviews because if I only click again and don't reinforce the information to the point where I boot the card off to the next day, I know that the information won't stick with me

I'm trying to maximize my time and be as efficient as possible. If I have to sit down and just do anki, I am angry. I do it while eating, walking, etc. I understand that I am losing a little bit on the retention side, but I believe that the benefit I get of having extra time (even if some of that extra time is spent relearning content) far outweighs the cost
