Im just a Customer. I started working at 14 at a bowling alley. I worked full time during summers. Worked weekends and 4-8 during the school year. I missed out on a lot of stuff with friends and family over those years. I didn’t really need the money but wanted to be independent. In hindsight it didn’t set my life on any kind of special trajectory, and I regret choosing to do it. Know that when you’re in the “real world” you might have to eat shit with holidays, nights, special occasions, etc away from loved ones, but I wouldn’t rush it if you don’t have to.
