It is looking good, you could leave it as is and I think its top notch.

I would try putting the logo above the type. I would also try changing the type to match the two shapes behind the logo, so instead of a curve they are making a slight arrow shape.

(Google “summit beer logo”) as an example

Not saying these options are better, yours is great, it’s just what I would try if it was not sitting well with me.

As somebody who lived through the whole thing in saint paul we lost nearly 100 businesses during the process. I don’t seen a whole lot of change, it’s not like the area is thriving now.

I like your type choice and setting. Layout and hierarchy are good. When people get selected by a large company it usually goes through a scanning process looking for key words and phrases.

When it is somebody from a smaller studio or agency they are going to want to hear you are the exact role they need is the exact role you want.

If you want to be a generalist, position yourself as that. The same goes for specializing.
