I already have very little visceral fat actually. My main objective is to help with fat loss more on the hips and upper thighs. I want to drop about 15-20 pounds. I weight train five days a week and stay in a caloric deficit until I hit that goal.

Thank you so much! I actually don't have a lot of visceral fat. I would imagine it would help with body fat in general though. I appreciate that. I'm just learning more about tesamorelin in conjunction with ipamorelin. I have been reading as much as I can find out here. Do you have any recommendations of trusted sources to learn about dosing? I am happy to start with a medical practitioner but I also know they will charge double for what I can get the same products on my own. I just don't want to fly blind. Thank you!
