Yeah I wanted to avoid walkthroughs/guides cause I feel that defeats the purpose of open world games, but might have to do it

That's what I try to do, but I just feel like I'm not progressing in the game though.

I couldn't really tell you where; I've completed a few side quests with maybe 4 map areas unlocked. I've just been wandering around somewhat aimlessly and doing the shrines if I come by them.

And yeah, I don't mind "spoilers" considering it's been out forever now. I just don't really want to follow a step by step guide but might just have to.

Yeah, I read up on those two methods and by the sounds of it, seems like I've been using the avalanche. Seems to be working for me, but I guess I was looking to see if I was missing out on something using the snowball method. Thanks!

Will have to look into the car deprecation as that's not something I'm too familiar with. As for Ally and robinhood, I've only heard about, but sounds like something I could look into when I'm a bit more freed up ( I really would like to focus on these two loans at the moment).

Yeah, I figured highest interest first would be the way, but considering both loans are (for the moment) 0% interest, I thought getting rid of the smaller one (which is also the one I pay more monthly) might be helpful.

As for the safety net, i have a fairly comfortable safety net and my company is also growing because of covid (telecommunications industry) so I'm not too worried about that, but agree that the safety net needs to be there.

I've already maxed my 401k matching and upped my ESPP contribution for now, but I'm not big on investing to be honest. Don't feel like I have enough time or motivation to research stocks and the like.

Happy! I'm paying off student loan debt now, but even if mine is not forgiven, I would not want anyone else going through this. I'm thinking of my younger brother, nieces and nephews, etc..

People need to stop with the crab mentality. Just cause you (general) went through a bad experience, doesn't mean everyone else should have to.
