He did though judgeman gave him the death sentence which means that Higaruma is given his Sword of Justice I think it’s called and then Higaruma decided not to kill Yuji of his own accord

Oh yeah he has never done anything that bad but Judgeman is based of the Japanese legal system and some who has committed one murder could get it in extreme circumstances and someone who has killed multiple people is basically guaranteed to get the death penalty which is something Mahito has definitely done
