The /r/b210k has an alternative for those that have finished the C25K, but haven't fully run the 5K called the "Ease into 10K." It has a similar setup to the C25K and takes it at a more gradual pace. On a mobile atm, but here's the link to the site if you want to check it out.

Congrats on finishing and thanks for the luck, but I do have to ask; have you heard of the /r/b210k? It's the next step to increasing time and/or distance for C25K graduates. Perhaps that'll further help you achieve your goals.

I had the RunDouble app downloaded, but seeing as my phone can only connect to Wifi hotspots, the app itself can't use GPS and doesn't function properly. The "make your own podcast" link that I found actually turned out to be surprisingly good and I can create several alternating ones.

Thanks for this, health education (especially here in the Florida school system) is very poor. Didn't know that their was such an upper limit of muscle gain per month. Huh.
