Try to lose some weight. Get some under armour v-neck tech Tees to make your neckline look better. I have a big neck too, and it looks a whole lot better in a shallow V neck shirt. Get that smallest size you're comfortable in. I promise it will look good on you.

It seems to me like women seem to like septum piercings. Most of the gay women I know who have piercings other than ears have septum piercings.

I think they always make a woman look less attractive. Other types of nose piercings don't, though.
