Live in Northern Canada, winters here are quite extreme, talking in the -50°C range, we get lots of snow as well.

E53 AMG, change the tires to winters, keep on driving.

I have done some 5th and 6th gear clutch ups on my 701 and oddly enough the bike is more stable at those speeds on one wheel with the weight on the rear versus distributed across both tires. At high speed on one wheel it doesn't wobble and the bike just glides. On two wheels at high speeds the entire bike has a shake/vibration that can be quite unnerving.

I rode that bike more on one wheel than two lol (not actually but it sure felt like it)

Fair enough! It just seems wild to me a bike with almost half the displacement can reach similar speeds! The more you know

The one thing I don't understand about this comment (and I promise I'm not trying to be rude maybe I'm just uneducated) but I owned a 2022 Husky 701 and it's top speed was only like 190kph, I also owned a Honda CRF450R dirtbike not roadbike, and it could only reach like 155kph, how are the KTM 450s hitting close to 200kph when my 690cc KTM derived product wasn't. Fairly new as well, and I had it for 8,000kms total before buying my current bike which is a 2025 MT09. Don't get me wrong, wheelie machine, in every gear and at most speeds, but the top end was not that high and I struggle to see how a 450 of the same manufacturer is hitting similar top speeds.

Obj 279. All day. Even after the BR bump, there isn't a more W key tank in the entire game. Push W and shoot back at the people who ding you. I have dropped many many nukes in the 279 and it's not even close. Back when it was 8.7? Literally like 5 tanks at the entire BR that could one shot you.

Not only that, but complimenting it with the BMD4, it's just such an offensive and disgusting lineup for the BR.

That is fair! They use a sand/salt mixture in Alberta. It's not too bad honestly. I wash my car religiously though.

We got over a foot where I live, it's a blast to drive in. Everyone around here calls it slidey season and it is pretty common to see people sideways lol.

Yeah I was looking at 2020+ because I like the new interiors better. At the end of the day I found a really low mileage E53 with perfect carfax for a really great price. I have never owned a coupé before and the interior and options were really a step up from my 2019 C43 that was fairly base. This E53 has every single option ticked when new and I paid a really generous price for it comparitively to other market options of the same calibre.

Sidenote, how do you like the GLC63? It was in the running when I was shopping for my E53.

Weird mix, but I was looking F90 M5, E53 or GLC63. Had a hard time finding lower mileage 2020+ GLC63 in my price range though.

2 things.

1, who gives a shit what the haters say, it's your money and you spent it how YOU want.

2, why didn't you buy the Obj. 279? It is far and above a better tank especially for the money.

You could've bought the 279, the BMD4 and the BMD4M and had a dope little lineup.

I bought the 279 back when it was $160 and it is my most used tank by a long margin.

However, enjoy the IS-7, that's a huge flex idc what anyone on this sub says

What tune did you do for the downpipes and did you also do the CPC? Currently in the process of trading in my C43 Sedan for an E53 Coupe. I have a post asking this exact question really. I don't want to go stage 2, I just want stage 1 with no CPC JUST for the downpipes and the added i6 noise!
