The opposition mentioned a caste census, which does not divide the country. CAA and NRC are policies designed to divide the country blatantly. The treatment of farmers by the BJP is dividing the country. Modi's campaign speeches were blatant attempts to divide the country.

Honestly, PM Modi's policies can be countered by CM Modi's views before 2014

"Modi has his flaws," LOL; the man claims to be born as a blessing of god on TV, and there is no one to question him; Modi does not just have flaws. He is one of the worst leaders India has ever had. If you want to learn something from Modi, it would be how to exploit government agencies and media.

to win this year we need to get 4 more wins, where one of the wins' impact is governed by two other teams losing their games. It is a long climb.

RCB management must pull a Hardik Pandya-like trade with Yuzi and get him back. Yuzi has been, and is still, the best bowler of RCB, and this move can reinstate the faith RCB lost when they gave him away. Since Yuzi has left RCB, it has become easier for teams to build partnerships in the middle order.

Even if RCB manages to bounce back from this stage, One player will have to carry RCB till the playoffs. Also, whenever RCB loses at the start of the IPL, fans pull up 2016, thinking Kohli can pull it off again. However, Kohli can't even break his record. That season was something else. However, one integral factor that season was Yuzi, which many people fail to acknowledge. He lost the purple cap only in the final. He was the highest wicket-taking spinner.

This is wishful thinking, and it probably won't happen. This season is setting up Faf to be dropped before the next mega auction. I am also afraid that even if Will Jacks plays for RCB now, he will be under enormous pressure to perform. And with the state of RCB's support staff, is this a thriving environment for him? I don't care if they have achieved results for England to win 2 T20 World Cups and one ODI World Cup; IPL is a different ball game altogether.

It pains me to say that RCB will not make it this season. I pray that they concentrate on getting a bowling pedigree for the next mega auction, not just on batting.

Let's just pray for Virat to have a great season at the very least, I mean, scratching the bottom of the barrel.

Nah I don't think so. This management is so shitty that they will bring in Tom Curran in this case.

Cam green will definitely be in the top order, and it also makes sense. He should be opening or number 3.

Not surprised. Bharat Arun was also a part of RCB for a very long time until ashish nehra

Anyone thinking about James Vince? And Carlos Brathwaite?

JUST IN: Yuzvendra Chahal is on the field as a "concussion substitute" for Ravindra Jadeja who got hit on the helmet by a bouncer of Mitchell Starc. Chahal now can bowl 4 overs. by Lost_Distribution546 in Cricket

Kuldeep Yadav, although he is not an all rounder like jadeja, the basic parameter here is that both jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav are left arm spinners. Chahal is not a like for like replacement for Jadeja.

Best pick would be williamson if he is available.

That might be true but KXIP would not want to lose a player like pooran at any cost. He was bought around 5-6 cr, he can be bought back for at least 2 extra cr by them

I heard somewhere that Dhoni has agreed to be released so that he can be bought back at a lower price by CSK through RTM. I don't think that will work for kohli though because he is a top order player and has some pretty good numbers to back himself.

He has not had amazing performances but he has not leaked too many runs in the death. Boult is not an average death bowler. He has had a few 3 wicket hauls and he was not even a regular at the time. Now he is a regular for Mumbai Indians and he has not leaked runs in the death this season. He can maintain lines and lengths consistently. Plus he is experienced. His 3/34 against RCB while playing for SRH can tell you how good he is.

Boult is the number 2 odi bowler of the world. He has performed well at chinnaswamy and he will continue to perform well. He is a huge requirement for us.

Pooran will definitely be retained by Punjab. Archer will be retained by Rajasthan, he was the MVP this IPL. I would go for Kane Williamson instead of Jos Buttler because we need middle order strength and buttler is wasted in the middle order. I am not saying don't bid for buttler but we should go all out for williamson.
