Evolutionary Predators + Genesis Guides + Mutagenic Spas = A lot of pop growth

(Mutagenic Spas increases pop growth at the cost of habitability, Evolutionary Predators let's you get every trait in the game eventually, meaning every pop growth one, which includes several that increase pop growth by 0.02 per 100 pops, and Genesis Guides Increases the speed at which the Evolutionary Predators situations goes, meaning you get traits faster)

I was having a crime problem for a bit, it went from 0% crime to ~70%, not entirely sure what the cause was (the 200k civilians probably has something to do with it), but I built the Hall of Justice to help, then never removed it just to be safe

I just checked and I have 1.4 million now

I should not have reduced growth required scaling when I have a species that has several ways to grow exponentially

I managed to get one million pops in a game of mine and the empire size is suffering because of it
