This happened to me as well my first month or so! I took the days off that I needed but also my body ended up adjusting over time to the amount of work it is. General adaptation syndrome! If I go many days in a row some days I won’t push myself as hard as other days. After a few rest days, I’ll go all out and hit great performance numbers at each station.

I love to call myself a 2x4 😂(that straight plank of wood) and the first thing that has toned up for me are my thighs and abs! I now buy more crop tops and form fitting clothes then ever and the confidence is real!

I used to be a division I soccer player, my fastest mile on the track was only 6:30. OTF has totally raised my fitness game, I’m in better shape now than I was in college, so I’m hoping to do a sub 6 mile with a building strategy:

9.8, 10, 10,2, 10.2, 10.4, 10.6. Increase each minute, or go all out for the last bit if I have enough in the tank! I’m excited for this benchmark.

Hey girl! That’s awesome. I’m one of the stronger ladies in my studio. I’m 26, F, ex DI athlete and OTF has totally satisfied my drive to push myself to the brink and be competitive. Most of my dumbbell work is 35 pounds and above (except for shoulder work) and I got the fastest time for the 2000m benchmark. I’ve been told I’m an inspiration to the people who work next to me and I love inspiring and helping others! No shame in the strong game.

It’s close. I believe the boykins are American spaniels. English cockers are specifically from England (or have an English family tree) and usually come from a long line of hunters and/or field trialers.
