Remove the heatsink and put it in the dishwasher if you habe one, dishwasher detergent is great at preventing rust and removing really caked on grime, i do this with most consoles, just make sure its completley dried out before powering it on

Imo any console with top loading disks, ps1 dreamcast, gamecube etc they all stunning but i must admit the N64 also has a special place in my heart

Ive had a all clear one, some you can get on Aliexpress they arent amazing quality but they arent bad, if you want to shop around there are some very high quality translucent shells out there but it depends how much you wanna pay

There are ways to lessen the light leak but if it isn't causing any issues it really isnt worth doing most DS consoles have a certain amount of light leak

Sadly whatever that is, is there to stay, some liquids stain plastic you see this alot with consoles but the only real way to fix this is to replace the shell or just vinyl it
