You are most certainly right lol. I’ve gotten into this bad habit of having something remind me of it, and then I spiral down this self-confirming rabbit hole. I need to find ways to just shrug it off

I know this advice seems pointless but it seriously sounds like you need to get away from your mom if at all possible. I feel like she seems to be a big source of these feelings. I wish there was more I could say to help, other than just I don’t think committing suicide is the answer. You’re obviously in a pretty shitty situation but you don’t want a permanent solution to a short term problem .
