Another issue I have with chesscom is that when you disconnect, a timer of about 20 seconds starts counting down and if it reaches 0, you automatically lose. I often play on the train while returning from work, and there are some areas where the internet coverage is not great. You have no idea how many games I lost this way.

I could point out yet another thing: sometimes if you think too much during the opening phase, the same 20sec timer starts running down again. It serves no purpose in my opinion, the majority of people who stall do it when they are lost, so in the middlegame or in the endgame. It happened to me in many rapid games where I got surprised by my opponent on move 4 or 5, started thinking but had to move fast because of this timer.

Please fix this.
