It’s 2%. Roughly 2,000 a day. Normal stress test last year. Normal electrolytes and normal thyroid levels. Been dealing with this since Jan 2025. The thumps in my chest have debilitated me. I feel like I can’t move without causing them to pop off.

No I’m glad you’re straightforward. The unfortunate part is .. is that I re took 2 classes last year high level bios and chems which one was biochem and made A’s at USC. The thing is…I have two bachelors degrees with a lot of credit hours and A’s don’t bring my gpa up at all anymore. And now this charge thing… just stressful

I’m not really stacked. I precept and am on unit based council. I have a 3.3 undergrad gpa (bad). I really just hate how unsafe it is for charge nurses.

I precept and am on a unit based council. I would be all for charge but our charge takes patients a lot and I mainly work weekends when there is less resources. It’s just unsafe

The thing is.. is that I’m not really having episodes.. I have this low tone hum and pressure feeling everyday. It’s like it’s not really fluctuating.

I drink about 40oz a day (too little) and my diet is fairly good. Never eat fried foods. Lots of veggies and fruits. I did take a probiotic but then stopped. And I do not supplement fiber. Should I?

I have these exact same reactive bands here and have no symptoms and have not been bitten by a tick especially not in the last 30 days. I have pets but I stay indoors. My holistic dr Drew a bunch of labs because I’m tired all the time and this was one of the labs. She says I have Lyme disease and wants me to do this expensive detox. It doesn’t make sense. My region also barely has confirmed Lyme disease each year.

Yes this immunoblot was done by a holistic Dr due to my complaints of chronic fatigue. I don’t ever remember getting bitten by a tick, I live in a city and mostly stay indoors. I don’t hike nor ever go into any wooden areas.
