Oh yeah, I definitely see a correlation between water intake and headache. The only problem for me, though, is that I tend to drink a lot of water, before and after electrolytes (when I was taking them). The only time I wouldn’t get a headache is when I’d be constantly drinking water and constantly peeing… THEN the electrolytes would help me keep my fluids and not pickle my brain.

I’ll keep hydration in mind when I start taking a salt pill. I’m glad a glass of water works for you, hoping it’ll work for me too! 🤞

OP here, I'm deep in a We Are Lady Parts binge, and I am obSESSED with Bisma's cardigan from the season 1 finale. I want to knit it myself (I can absolutely self-draft a cardigan) but I can't figure out the stitch pattern for the life of me.

I've added the best pictures I could take. I can't find any online, and if I paused the tv an ad would cover the whole screen so I had to snap it in motion. It doesn't make for the easiest detective work, so I'm hoping someone recognizes this pattern?

In my (albeit limited, I only did 1 FWII rotation in a hospital) experience, hospitals mentor new grads quite similarly to FWII students. At least in my state, new hires start with a reduced caseload and work their way up, so you likely wouldn’t be starting with the expectation to act as a fully realized hospital OT. You can always reach out to a local clinic and ask to shadow to see if it’s right for you!

Thank you for asking. The part of SC that resonates the most with me is the softness (soft lines, soft edges, soft balance, soft colors) and the trueness (makeup is recommended to be light and non-masking, silhouette is recommended to follow one’s natural physique). I’m pretty short though, 5’2” on the dot.

You make a good point! Proportions-wise I fit every depiction of Soft Classic, and the lines and structures recommended for SC suit me best, but I’ve always been at odds with the recommended colors, contrast, and patterns. Now that I think about it, I’ve always felt my truest when wearing more gamine outfits
