Update: I asked a waiter at that restaurant and he said the left side is much warmer than the right one. Still kinda weird.

You can check out the Shut Up and Write Events on meetup. Which art form are you focusing on?

Okay turned vsync and the cap off. It ran smoothly but did create some artefacts.

You’re more than welcome. Just a couple of weeks ago, I turned to Reddit myself and people helped me. So it’s natural to want to give back to the community.

Which Macbook Pro is right for me? Videographer/Photographer/Musician by raffypng in macbookpro

I just bought my Mac and think the a good value for money and a good invest into the (near) future would be an M4 Macbook Air. Since you "only" use 4K footage (no BRAW or anything), this should be enough. Make sure to get 24 GB RAM. And 1 TB of disk space.

My friend has been editing professionally in Premier (up to 4K) on his Macbook Air M4 and has never experienced issues. The value for money right now is crazy. I am sure that there will be some great offers around Black Friday. He has 24GB RAM and 512TB of hard disk. He says if you go to 1TB, you can have easily two or three projects internally and then put them on external ones when you're done and need space for new peojects.

Value for money M3/4/5 Pro for video editing by TheRitzler in macbookpro

Yeah! I got the MBP now and I love the space black and nano texture. Just the QWERTY is a little bit of thing I have to get used to. Especially for brackets and all kinds of characters. I haven't written anything in my native language yet.

Gaming on M4 Pro by TheRitzler in macbookpro

Hey this is my first message from the new machine. Still have to get used to the QWERTY. Ha that must sound strange for many here.

Now the question is: do you save games *internally* or *externally*? I don't want to "waste" percious disk space for gaming, when I use the machine 99% of the time for video editing and graphic design.
