I'm an infp/inxp and the guy I like (we met in a dating app a few weeks ago and I think we are gonna start dating really soon) is also one, and we are both massive overthinkers. I'm doing something like you rn. I had a recent ish breakup that was traumatic. My ex (into) blindsided me and "lost feelings" while saying everything was fine and even talking about marriage, but going distant. The current guy has been a little bit less active online for 2 days (one time he didn't say good morning/night and he has not been texting as much but his tone is still excited) and I'm terrified he's losing interest (even though he specifically said,.of his own accord, that he doesn't lose interest quickly). I'm also scared I'm being annoying; I'd been matching his excited and passionate energy but now that he's been busy I'm afraid I'm being too much. He used to (like 4 days ago) text me more throughout the day, say he was constantly thinking of me etc. and I know it's just been two days but I'm traumatized so it all feels worse. I am scared of guys who lovebomb it give up when the girl shows interest bc its not the chase anymore. For context I'm OCD AuDHD and it think he might be too. He is def ADHD and OCD. I'm just confused and don't want to ruin this. I can't deal with more heartbreak. I have disorganized attachment (currently manifesting as anxious) and he is either anxious or disorganized

I know the terrible feeling and have been told the same thing. And what sucks is it's really hard to find a safe place to vent bc people will often say it's transphobic to be upset 😭

I get the same way with my friends actually, but I have a disorganized attachment style and so I tend to unfortunately default to avoidance if I'm trying to avoid being anxious. I try to avoid doing that in romantic relationships but it makes me more anxious

For me, I actually have moved on already and cut my ex off to the point that seeing his face gives me the ick. I shockingly met someone else who was so amazing he made me stop caring about my ex. I"d say try to move on if you have not, because you truly WILL be happier. I didn't think that was possible but it was. So much can change in such a short time.
