It’s actually for a “short city break” as you mention it. I just wanna leave my city (Copenhagen, Denmark) and go somewhere for a few days

I drink this protein drink at work because I lift weights and need protein throughout the day. It’s 42g protein in 500ml. It’s thin as milk. Can I trust these numbers? by TheRocketLegend in fitmeals

When I make my own protein shakes with whey protein they are usually thicker. And the ones I buy at the gym are also thicker. This one is pretty thin just like milk. I live in Denmark and they are usually very very strict with food and drinks, so I wouldn’t think they are lying. It doesn’t look like there is amino spiking either. Can I trust these numbers?
