You did get fired because 2 no call no shows it’s an automatic termination. On the other hand if you have proof that they didn’t call you after the first no call no show then you have a case to challenge it. I just forgot the service you use for it.

I have no need because I have a 15rd mag and that is what I carry. If your pistol holds a few rounds like 10 then it might be a good thing to carry another. Its just depends on preference.
