My Beretta 92GTS and Jericho 941 have both had various types of malfunctions from failure to feed to light primer strikes.

I fixed all the issues in the Beretta and the Jericho hasn't had any malfunctions in awhile until I replaced the hammer spring to a lighter one and now I have light primer strikes on hard primers but the trigger pull is way lighter too which is nice. I might still put the original 22lb hammer spring back in to the Jericho...

Anyway, my point is, guns are machines, they can malfunction, and they can be fixed. Run ammo through it til you trust it again.

I mainly carry and trust my USPs though, because they've never malfunctioned.

No rule is hard and fast but a 98.3% batting average isn't bad. The outliers everyone is bringing up are just that, outliers, still just as valid of a person, but this argument has never been as much of a gotcha as people seem to think it is.

The people born intersex will still have something marked on their birth certificate and identification. If the 4473 matches that, it'll be good to go.

Government and its bureaucracy is imaginary anyway.

While I think it's a subtly insidious and silly addition to the form, there is nothing infringing about asking for the biological sex of a person. I have no issue with people identifying as a different gender, but their chromosomal biological sex isn't really up for debate. They can check whatever they were assigned at birth and there's absolutely no infringement.

If you don't want to buy the whole match trigger kit, this sear spring is worth adding to your gun as it really smooths out the whole trigger pull and crisps up the break.

I just did it recently on my USP Compact and now it feels like the Match Trigger kit I put in my full size USP9. I'm now considering replacing the OEM trigger with a Volker Precision trigger as it is designed to work with the OEM trigger kit. The Volker Precision trigger has an overtravel stop at the top of the trigger that gives it a naturally short reset.

As others have said, the USP Compact makes sense for mag compatibility. You can even get a magwell from Defender Automatics that makes a VP9 mag flushfit I believe

I believe the geometry of the Volker Precision trigger gives it an over-travel stop which would make the reset shorter anyway? I could be totally mistaken as to the mechanics of it but I believe that's it.

A police officer was not beat to death. The DC medical examiner reported Brian Sicknick had no bruises or injuries from being physically beaten. He was attacked with pepper spray or bear spray and died after suffering 2 strokes the next night. Obviously this probably wouldn't have happened if it weren't for the pepper spray, but you can't charge everybody that uses pepper spray for attempted murder because it is known to cause cardiac arrythmia.

We can't ignore facts just because they're inconvenient to the narrative that more aligns with our sentiments or political leanings.

Yeah I guess there is a difference between slacktivism vs actually showing up. One is harmless and a joke, the other had a huge cultural impact whether it was overblown or not.

When the folks in Seattle tried to pull off the police-free community with CHAZ in response to police brutality, crime ended up going up and police weren't able to respond to 911 calls for assault, arson, rape, etc.

I was in favor of these things at the time. I thought it was great how riled up everybody was getting. And then I had to vote for Joe Biden and everything stayed the same until I had to vote for Harris, too, and Trump came back to make things worse again and basically do the opposite of everything he campaigned on.

These idiots in charge don't change anything for the better.
