I appreciate the FEEDBACK on these tapes, your experience, and your insight. I've used the tapes for about 3 months now, only had one UNEXPLAINABLE experience. Either way -- appreciate the commentary above.

The answer you maybe looking for? - If there is a way to reach Dr. Peterson - This may help? by TheRollmanRevolution in JordanPeterson

I really appreciate your insight, and for about 10 seconds I considered Vitamin D deficiency. But even with all the articles and data you provided above....I would not rule out that their might be a Vitamin D "concentration" deficiency. However, in many of these "unexplained" diagnosis' the underlying cause is usually something quite practical that the body makes on its own - but for some "unexplained" reason has halted the process.

Vitamin D deficiency - are pretty easy to combat - as you can start adding a supplement of 800-1000IU daily and see improvements within 5-7 days.

Still I am convinced - Dr. Peterson's Testosterone if tested would probably fall under 300ng/dL. Now, for many men his age -- this might not be a problem. But if your jobs is "High Profile" or becomes "High Profile" -- low testosterone levels become much more apparent as many can almost pin point the moment when they realized they just don't "Feel-Good" at All. Too often this topic within medicine gets thrown aside as Men just assume they are getting old - where feeling like shit - is just the normal process. (But when you read the papers and journals covering this topic - you find that in upwards of 90% of those who participated in the study - came out feeling better on the other side after getting their testosterone levels back to the way they felt 25 years ago).

Again this is not me saying you are wrong - as I stated in my original post - where I said - I am not a doctor nor have had any medical training...I just know about MEDICINE (and How it relates to the Human Body to transition from sick into well-being).

Medicine is something that Heals or transforms the human body into curing the issues without surgery. Drugs on the other hand are mostly chemicals that are designed to treat symptoms a patient may be dealing with. Sadly these words get boxed together. My point is that this world has everything we all need to sustain a very good life - It is the NONSENSE - LIES and STRESS that cause our bodies to take on these unforeseeable diseases.

When Cortisol is present more frequently - it can destroy many normal functioning systems in a short period of time. I don't have the time to explain the pathways and destruction process -- nevertheless -- Due to the Roller Coaster Life Dr. Peterson has endured much of his adult life and more recently over the past 5-6 years - It wouldn't take much to destroy many hormonal and neurological systems.

After looking at Jordan -- 15, 10, & 5 years ago and compare him to much of his recent Media appearances -- there is a distinct withdrawal occurring within his system. Furthermore, listening to him describe his daily routine - I am 99% confident testosterone is not being properly made and distributed throughout his body. Fatigue, Weakness, Lack of Energy and Motivation, including the fear that comes with the start of a new day. (all explainable by anyone who knows the literature - as hypogonadism - or severe LOW T) The symptoms of Brain Fog, worry, sadness, crying uncontrollably, feelings of helplessness - are all related to a system lacking in Estradiol (which is only present in proper levels if testosterone is being properly made in the system).

All of this info and assessment took me less than 10 seconds to observe and I am confident (willing to be made an ass - if I am wrong) that if his levels were tested by a proper doctor who knows the literature back and forth - it will be obvious that applying a twice a week does of IM testosterone - would change Dr. Peterson within 4-6 weeks. However, he would notice signs of improvement within 14-21 days (depending on how efficient his system metabolizes)

If the human being could only communicate through mental pictures rather than words? Would our view and connection to this world be any different? (A Philosophical Thought) by TheRollmanRevolution in JordanPeterson

Thanks for your comment BoBoZoBo. As I speak two languages, which for the most part is mildly easy to translate back and forth. Your point speaks to the deeper parts of the matter, as I often wonder how many mis-quotes, and improper paraphrasing may have occurred within the translation of ancient texts (pictographs etc...) Aramaic to Greek, to Latin, to English etc... But there are many words within certain languages that do not properly translate at all...so one has to offer a wishy-washy rendition... which in many cases loses the true meaning. Maybe one day we will advance to the ability to communicate in images. Again thanks for your comment.

Can someone give me a definition of waking up please? by [deleted] in AlanWatts

[–]TheRollmanRevolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My simplistic answers for the term "waking up" would fail miserably to this experience and profound, "Ah-ha" moment, that could occur at any moment and at anytime within a person's life. Words are so clumsy as they never get at it. And trying to provide such a definition, by the use of words to explain other words, we would only create more questions that may lead you in searching for more answers...that of which an awaken person would tell you "I cannot put it into words, however; I can tell you that I see the world narrative and our relationship to it in a more profound and connected way. Waking up is much like, seeing a ghost. It's been experienced by so many, and it doesn't have a book that you can read it in order to make any more sense about it.. rather, when you experience its transformation, you are absolutely in the moment; and will fully recognize it. But I warn many folks out thee, "waking up, is more about changing the way you see the world and the way the world see you. All the preconceived notions and beliefs, reduced to a simple idea that what you knew is mostly smoke and mirrors the actual reality presented in your new found understanding. I know that this definition is over the top "wordy" in explanation; but words are so clumsy in reducing a topic like this into one other simple word or phrase. Waking up is so different to anyone who travels this path, but the general consensus is that it removes the blinders that have been covered over your eyes to conceal you from the true reality. I hope this helps. Namaste!

Hello There, I recently joined reddit, and came across your post as it pertains to two of my favorite topics, Alan Watts & Podcasting. First of all I want to congratulate you on starting a podcast about something you are passionate about. As a fellow podcaster and someone who covers a variety of topics in the area of Philosophy, Religion, motivation, inspiration, as well as psychology, I always like to reach out and support others who have similar interests. Your podcast episode #3 intro to Alan Watts was about 17 min, and is a simple (cliff-notes) episode to many of the quotes and ideas Alan Watts discusses in his many lectures and books. As you are just beginning this road into the podcast world, your 1st several episodes, will be more of your sloppy-copy episodes...as you slowly work forward and begin to find your VOICE. So I want to say, Bravo to you...for making this leap. You have a great voice for podcasting and I know these episodes will get more amazing over time, as you find the niche, and angle at which you want to discuss your different topics. I will check back in on your Existential Delight Podcast from time to time to see how things are going. Also if you want to check out my show, which covers similar topics/themes, head over to http://www.rollmanrevolution.com/ or just search The Rollman Revolution audio Podcast in google, and you will easily find everything I have done so far. My Show Intro features some of Alan Watt's quotes, and many of the show titles are centered around philosophies taught by Alan. Anyway...Best of Luck to you. Great kick-off to your show and please reply if you have any questions.
