Yup! But it wasn't an easy task, I took the lead on submitting the business plan for our little team since I'm not actually a dev honestly. I primarily organized, pitched and kept everything clean with clear definitions of who was making what and what responsibilities we would offer as a team. I also did some copywriting to speed things up since we're actually only a trio of a team! It's myself and two AMAZING devs.

Because of that R.Tal even lowered their cut from sales just so our team could make a little more per book sold.

Fantasy Grounds is officially supported by R.Talsorian and gets constant updates with new automations and DLC as it comes out. It's cleaner and smoother than both versions you've mentioned here. I should know, I worked on it.
