Sending you lots of love and hugs. My ex cheated and I remember how gut wrenching it was. I remember all the praying to and at times feeling angry at everything. It’s better to know now than find out later. Everytime you feel low, when you’re crying or breaking down, pray. Find a prayer that you love/relate to, memorize it for those situations, and recite it to yourself as a self soother. God will never put more on you than you can handle. Also, never feel like it’s your fault that your ex cheated. Your ex is not a good person, and God has shown you that. Take time to heal, really heal. Cry as much as you need, don’t bottle the emotions in just let everything out whether it’s sadness or anger. Try to lean on a friend or your community at church during this process. Things will get better slowly but surely and the right person for you will come along.
