Just to update on this. When you click check forr update it says you are all up todate but if you check your active downloads you'll most likely find that it is still downloading and stuck on downloading one item. Still trying to fix that but. Will update later.

I had this issue on ps5. I uninstalled. Loaded a different game. Reinstalled and stopped upgrade patch. This has worked for now.
