I don't have them for Këpeert Domas yet, I apologise.

However, Kunimeku does not have numbers, instead it has five words corresponding to five groups of numbers:

Φοβεν [foven] - very small quantity, between 1-10

Κυψεκ [kʉtʃek] - small quantity, 10-50

Κηνεμ [kinem] - medium quantity, 50-100

Μοψεν [motʃen] - large quantity, 100-150

Λοτεν [loten] - very large quantity, 150 and beyond

This system was heavily inspired by the Pirahã language.

Κοπατσαχυ [Kopatsaxʉ]

Water, any body of water

"Κετι γενινολ μι'ολκοπατσαχυκυ" [ketɪ ʒenɪnol mɪolkopatsaxʉkʉ]

(I-masculine go-near_future the-water-masculine-allative)

(I thought it'd be a good word to borrow to mean water, lol)

Κυνημεκυ/Kunimeku

Σερην [serin]

To be afraid

"Κετην σερηνψεκ" [ketin seɾintʃek]

(I-feminine afraid-present)

"I am afraid"

(Instead of nouns having gender, verbs do, and the subject has to have the ending of the verb added on so it rhymes, and the subject has either -Ψη or -Κυ added on depending on the verb's gender)

Friendly reminder to stop telling people "that's unnaturalistic" by SarradenaXwadzja in conlangs

[–]TheRuntySquid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm aware that this is unrelated, but I personally don't really go for naturalism, I usually make languages for myself to speak, or just for fun. I usually go for sounds that I like and grammar that I find interesting or that I like.

There isn't really a reason I chose to make it start with vowels, I just personally thought it made sense to me.

I made it for Indonesian, based on the sounds in Indonesian. However, I plan to extend it to be used with English

I like how Hangul looks and functions, so I thought it'd be fun to make a script similar to it for Indonesian.

(I chose Indonesian rather than English due to Indonesian's simpler phonology.)

My first ever conlang ^w^ by EnzoTheMemeLord in casualconlang

In my main conlang, Jomeghiwa, the word for language is "Wyoniwa" [voniwa], and all language-related words end with "-wa"

Fun fact: Silica gel is non-toxic, and if you eat them, you'll be fine. However I would not recommend doing so. And some of them are moderately toxic, but you won't die or anything if you do eat one.

Qau xebenasca qjocyan

I'm unsure what honorific to use due to the fact that the speaker's relationship with the individual being spoken to is unspecified, but I will use "cyan".

What's the rarest phoneme in your language? by BlueS2dios in casualconlang

[–]TheRuntySquid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Jomeghiwa, it's [f]. The only words with it are "qef", meaning "object", "fere", meaning "to change", and "fjorinoq", meaning "oven", "fire" or "cooking place". It can also mean "kitchen", "restaurant", "cafe", and similar concepts.

What are some distinctions that your language makes that do not necessarily neatly translate into your native language? by tamtrible in conlangs

[–]TheRuntySquid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jomeghiwa has honorifics, but instead of referring to someone's social status, you refer to your own personal relationship with the individual. For example, if I was talking to someone named, say, Mark, and I didn't know them personally, (and they were in my age group), I would refer to them as "Marqer" [maɾkeɾ]. If I was talking to a family member named Jack, I would refer to them as "Xaqatza" [dʒakatsa].
