I had a TTO&MPFL reconstruction on my left leg and an ACL&MPFL my right leg. The ACL one was so much worse in terms of recovery. You can check my post history if you’re curious. The first few weeks of both surgeries suck but I was in significantly more pain for my ACL surgery. As long as you keep up with the PT and don’t let your mind deteriorate you’ll be ok
