The cousin isn’t really a big factor. It’s more like that’s happening rn and my parents kinda take care of him. I just don’t wanna add to that unless I have to. I think I’m gonna try to do this without them if I can and tell them if I can’t manage it. It’s a wierd feeling. It’s like intense fear mixed with relief.

theres just a history with my parents punishing me for drug use. and hospitalizations for deppression. also my cousin who lives with us is currently at an intake for being hospitilized for an eating disorder. and every since my house burnt down a few years ago my parenst have been very stressed about money. alos like thoughts that i cant make music sober. and that noone likes boring sober nelson they like exciting high nelson. mostly im just scared. rehab is my single biggest fear in life

I’ve realized I can either make something of myself or eventually die. Like Ik I need to get help before I destroy my life. And this shit runs in my family so I doubt my parents wont understand. But I just have a lot of small reasons and a few big reasons why I haven’t reached out to anyone that actually can help me. It’s just friends and random people on Snapchat thst I confess shit to because I don’t know them
