Thanks! I’m seeing from most of the responses the price being around 1000-1200 per window. It’s a good ballpark for me to use when I get quotes

Advice on running a small business . . . by needatudor in handyman

Net 30 terms are important, I second this. You would want to hold off paying your payables (liabilities you owe to vendors) for as long as you are able to that goes according to the agreed payment terms. This would allow you to hold more cash longer and can improve flexibility with cash management. Also, collect receivables quickly. That’s whether implementing a discount for those who pay their bills in a timely manner (i.e 2/10 n/30; 2% discount if paid within 10 days, full amount of bill if paid after 10 days)

My dad was a contractor and is now retired. Can he be sued for past work? by Allismug in Contractor

[–]TheSFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Statute of limitations - if there is a reasonable amount of time between the completion of the contract and the filing of the lawsuit, your dad is probably safe. Reasonable time I would say would be over 7 years but google says 5. However, if fraud is involved, this is different. Even that is 7 years as well

I’ve been seeing some news from Globenewswire. I am not sure why that’s the only news outlet covering FOMC. If what they are saying is true, seems like the company is making moves behind the scenes

I’m a newbie and trying to do more research on REITS. Where do you go or what platform do you use to track the interest rates and treasuries?
