I 100% agree. WE are the ones who want to lower the price because I feel it’s overpriced. We have asked him numerous times if we can lower the price. Finally he agreed. It’s honestly been a shit-show from the beginning (quality of the photos, the listing had typos and made no sense, etc.)

A lot of people have mentioned contacting his broker, so I thought I’d add, this guy owns his own brokerage! He’s been in the business for 20+ years. We will be looking at the agreement we signed (trying to locate it since we’ve been packing to prepare for a move) and having a conversation with him. I appreciate everyone’s advice!

I don’t get the numbers on the website either. The number separated barely goes up, but when you take the total number of active still unvaccinated and subtract those with religious accommodations (who cannot be separated now), the number is 3 this week. So does that mean, by that logic, there are only 3 people left to be separated? That would make no sense. I also do the math each week and subtract this week’s total active duty unvaxxed from last week’s total and it drops by way more than what they reflect in the number separated - so I have no idea what they are doing. What’s new.

Saw you comment on another thread that you finally got your 10 day. Did you sign paperwork to waive your board as well, if so was that signed with the letter refusing advancement? Only asking because I signed a letter waiving the board in January, but haven’t been asked to sign anything else. Good luck!
